Hey all,
I'm hoping to buy a heart rate monitor watch to go along with my winter training. Of course, I want to keep it as cheap as possible but I don't want to suffer quality. I'm looking for a watch that can read current, average, and % of max off a chest strap. One important thing too is a watch that you can set intervals on.
