No more coasting down those hills on the bike... This "HRM" watch makes it easy to keep a valid training heart rate during my work outs.

Here is a cool little surprise about this device... (Garmin Forerunner 50)
It sends your workout data (a minute by minute graph of your heart rate) to a web account on the Garmin site where there are tools to so you can analyze the value of what you did... pretty cool.

Distance riding is gone.. Zone riding is in!
