This is from punching in my weight, and checking my heart rate every 20 minutes..I worked out for an hour that's where 800 of the calories came from...so okay this is the question.
I do this daily I eat under 2000 a day.
MY WEIGHT DOESN'T BUDGE.

Oh btw I am 28 y/o female..I weight 198 pounds, and wear a size 12..

Have you been sticking to this routine for awhile? Have you lost any weight on it?
You sound like your either on a plateau or not cutting calories enough, either way you need a shake up.
To lose weight faster but healhtily you need to eat between 1200-1550 cals aday..
Your exercise sounds great! Keep it up! But remember to drink lots and lots of water or you could be retaining fluids.
