Pre-Diamond Journey Results – Keep yourself accountable and you’ll get results no matter what!


Just wanted to share my "pre-diamond" club results after hitting the gym... I'm down an additional 5 lbs!! wow! I genuinely can't believe it, considering the last few pounds are the hardest to lose! (and it's only been about 2.5 weeks)! My guess is that some of it is water weight... regardless, it's still very good news.

My #1 tip: Keep yourself accountable... Keep a detailed food & exercise journal, let others see it on a regular basis to provide you with feedback. Also Plan, Plan and PLAN!! It might seem like a chore at first, but it eventually becomes a habit and ultimately, it's the ONLY strategy that keeps you on track!!

Anyhow, I'm really excited to see where I will be at the end of my Diamond journey (which ends in 6 weeks)! I got the above results on my own (following the RCR - Red Carpet Ready eating plan and new Action Hero Babe workouts)... I have confidence that I will get GREAT results in Val's Diamond coaching program... Stay tuned for additional progress throughout my Diamond Journey! :)

P.S. I show you my cool new Polar Heart Rate watch as well... definitely what I needed to monitor my cardio intensity!
