use 220-age in yrs to get theoretical max HR
so, 220-27= 193 BPM
aim for ~75% of this figure ie around 144 bpm as a guide to aim for, to achieve conditioning
very high would be 90% of max ie 175 approx….wouldn’t stay at this rate for too long
good luck, be consistent and vary the routine to get your body to adapt

Your heart rate should be between 120 and 140 for the weight loss / fat burn zone.
